Saturday 6th of July for an outrageous lineup with HipHop, DnB and Jungle music.
Join us as we welcome MILLZ, the talented and passionate female Drum & Bass /Jungle DJ, to the Hop Yard for the first time. Based in the UK, MILLZ has been making waves in the music industry for several years. She has grown up around music and with a father like Nicky Blackmarket - the D&B/Jungle DJ and owner of former record shop Blackmarket Records in Soho, it's no surprise. You'll find her at all the festivals and clubs this summer. Need we say more!!
Detch, East Grinstead born & bred,will also be joining us for the first time. He has spent most of his adult life in the depths of Drum & Bass. Picking up his first set of decks in 2011, he has spent 1000s of hours perfecting his craft, and it shows, as he has supported a huge list of artists across his career, such as - Mefjus, Enei, Annix, Simula, TNA, Mampi Swift, Voltage, Serum & Levela to name a few. As well as playing at world-renowned clubs such as Fabric London.
Currently holding down residencies with MultiFunction Music and Strictly Chemistry, he is also a budding producer for Acoustic Chemistry. You'll be sure to hear some of Detch's productions during the set!
Cuppa T always brings vibes, positive energy and banging tunes to every event she plays.
Her love and passion for reggae music has heavily influenced most of her sets through vocal samples, heavy bass lines & old school riddims.
Cuppa T has recently branched out and now hosts several regular, successful nights in London.
She is one to watch and we can’t be happier that she is a resident at our nights and will be returning to play at BOOM.
Hosting the night you'll find the legend with the smoothest voice Melo D. You'll know him from the track Bassline Growler by Ed Solo and NSS. Alongside the badass RIFT and MANNA MAN, you'll have to agree this is a night not to be missed!
And that’s not all, we now have an introducing slot between 7-8pm. This is where local talented DJs will get to showcase their work and prove that they are worthy to climb the DJ ladder!
